Music Is Life Return policy

At Music Is Life, our customer satisfaction is our utmost priority as we offer replacement of defective merchandise that you have previously purchased from us. This return policy (the policy) informs you about your right to return product purchased on our website.

Returns of products by buyers and acceptance of returned products by sellers shall be managed by us (Musicislife LLC) in accordance with this return policy on the website as it may be amended from time to time. Acceptance of returns shall be in our discretion subject to compliance with applicable laws of the territory.

1. Returns

We offer returns of damaged product (due to printing or shipping issues) according to the provision of the law.

2. Exceptions 

Notwithstanding other provision of this policy, we may refuse to grant returns if:

• You received what you ordered, but simply change your mind about the product.

• You misused or mishandled the product in such a way that caused damage to the product.

• You are aware or was notified of the problem with the product before making purchase.

• You did not like your product purchased or realize you had no used for it.

3. Damage product.

If you discover that the product purchased from us is damage during delivery

 Report the damage to us immediately upon discovery

 Ensure that the damaged product is returned in the same condition and packaging It was when it was received

 We will organize for repair and/or replacement of the damage product provided the damage product is return within the stipulated period on the receipt of the product

We offer a thirty (30) working day return policy for items/orders that are defective order. Please note that the request for a return must be reported within 30 working days after receipt of orders as we will not make a return if an order has been delivered and no issue was raised within 2 working days after the order was received.
