Giveaway Policies

   MyMusicIsLife Monthly Giveaway Rules:

            Eligibility:

• Participants must be at least 18 years old to create an account on MyMusicIsLife.com.
• All individuals who create an account on MyMusicIsLife.com are automatically eligible for the monthly giveaway.

            Entry Process:

• To enter, individuals must successfully create an account on MyMusicIsLife.com.
• Each month, one (1) name will be randomly drawn from the pool of created accounts that don't include past winners. 

             Limitations:

• Participants are eligible to win once every 12 months in the Monthly Account Creation Giveaway.

             Winner Notification:

• Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their MyMusicIsLife.com account.
• Winners' names will also be announced on our website and social media platforms subject to the individual's permission. 

             Prize Redemption:

• Winners must claim their prize within [48 hours] of receiving the notification.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

     MusicIsLife Cash Giveaway:

• Customers who make a purchase on MyMusicIsLife.com will be automatically entered into a cash giveaway conducted every two months, based on sales performance.
• Participants can win more than once in the MusicIsLife Customer Giveaway.

           Winner Selection:

• Winners for the MusicIsLife Customer Giveaway will be randomly selected from the pool of customers who made a purchase during the specified period.

            Prize Variety:

• Prizes for both giveaways may include merchandise, cash, discounts, exclusive content, or other items determined by MyMusicIsLife.

             Modification of Rules:

• MyMusicIsLife reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaways and associated rules at any time.

            Compliance:

• Participants are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
